We went to Carol's Cafe for breakfast yesterday and liked it so much that we went back for lunch today. While the location is not ideal, the food is delicious and the building itself has a homey appeal. We had the same server both times and she was amazing. She remembered us from the day before and even remembered my drink order. We will definitely go back. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious.

Good food, friendly service, and just what I need in my local neighborhood cafe. I wished they could have longer daily hours, but I will definitely keep coming back,

Skip the other places and come here. This place is "down home" and been around forever because they have great food and treat you like family. It's the kind of place I've been searching for that rarely exists now (anywhere near the city). Don't let the outside or atmosphere fool you. You will walk away full and happy. And the menu selection is fantastic. Good southern food "meat & 3" at a reasonable price. Breakfast all day. Come stop in

Breakfast was really good & came very quick via DoorDash. The portions for the price are perfect. Hubby and I ordered the pancakes (3) and bacon and French toast (3) and sausage. The pancakes are HUGE! More than enough to share or for leftovers. They were fluffy and buttery for the size. The French toast was really good. Not too eggy. Not sure what brand sausage they use, but it is GOOD! Will be ordering from here again!

Had the meat lover omelette, biscuit, potatoes, country fried steak & gravy, OJ. Total was 18.93. Omelette was great. Good portion. Potatoes were crisp. Biscuit was excellent, fluffy on the inside. Country fried steak & gravy were unassuming. The meat was just meh.. Quick, friendly, prompt waitress. Bench seats are worn down, but it lends itself to the charm, I guess.

Good food, good and friendly service, in a very old informal dining room. Seems family owned with lots of regular clientelle for southern home cooking. Serve breakfast and lunch. Will be going back for sure. My wife especially loved the collard greens and fried green tomatoes.
